Digital technologies are transforming organizational behavior, reshaping work processes, leadership practices, and employee interactions. This paper explores organizational behavior in the digital society, analyzing how digitalization affects communication, collaboration, motivation, decision-making, and organizational culture. Key drivers include digital communication platforms, artificial intelligence (AI), big data analytics, and remote work technologies. Opportunities arise in enhancing employee engagement, fostering innovation, enabling agile decision-making, and facilitating cross-boundary collaboration. However, digitalization also introduces challenges such as technology-induced stress, virtual team management, ethical considerations, and digital inequality. The paper proposes a conceptual framework integrating technological, psychological, and organizational perspectives, and provides recommendations for managers, policymakers, and researchers. By understanding and strategically managing organizational behavior in the digital society, organizations can enhance performance, adaptability, and sustainability in rapidly evolving environments.
